My wife Jennie and I have had a very satisfying experience with Independent Energy Systems. We've found it easy to work with everyone we've dealt with, from sales to installation to office staff. Michael Drury worked with us to determine the capacity of the system and to select components. He was knowledgeable, quick, and very pleasant to deal with. The office staff very carefully walked us through the morass of rebate and utility-related paperwork, and then tracked the rebate status for us.

Bob Evans and the installation crew were fantastic. They worked with our roofing company to coordinate the installation of the supports for our new system while the roofers had our roof off. When the rebate was approved and we got our panels and inverter, they came back and did a beautiful job of installing the panels, inverter and the inverter display unit.

So far our system has been flawlessly cranking out the kilowatt-hours. We've been very favorably impressed in our dealing with IES and would highly recommend them.
