I want to commend you for the beautiful Solar System you installed for us. Not only is our electric utility bill almost non-existent (especially using the time-of-day billing), but we are sheltered from the likely future shock of rising energy prices. I also feel great that I can do something about the politics of energy, and the environmental damage due to energy production. In addition, thank you for your very professional work in handling the job from start to finish.

Not only were you clear on every step of the process in terms of what I needed, what it would cost, and what it could do, but you were also great in keeping me informed of when I would receive the panels and when they would get installed. Usually one must constantly call and hound a supplier, but that was never your case. You always called me before I ever had any concerns. The installation was started before the anticipated start date (what a rarity!), and your installation crew was superlative. Heath and his workers were the most friendly and professional people I have ever worked with. Heath made sure I understood the process, and where there might be problems (there, of course, weren’t any problems). He also took the time to go over the install and how the system worked, and checked back with me several times. His crew showed up when they said they would, never left a mess (we’d never know they were there), and finished the job prior to when they said they would.

The county inspector even commented that this was the best installation he had ever seen! I also thank you for giving me a great price. I got a few different bids, and you went out of your way to give me the very best price. It’s rare in this day in age to get an excellent product and service and at the lowest price!
